Cambridge, United Kingdom and Stuttgart, Germany – January 31, 2017 – Collabora Productivity, the driving force behind putting LibreOffice in the Cloud, has been selected by united hoster, a German hosting provider with an own data center, to deliver Office file rendering and editing functionality in their cloud storage offering.

The current cloud offering allows syncing and sharing of files, and with the addition of Collabora Online, customers will also be able to securely edit their office documents, directly from the browser, on any location. Collaborative editing and excellent file support are key features of Collabora Online, the commercially supported edition of LibreOffice Online.
