We have reserved your space but we need a few more details to fully book you in. Please fill in the form below at your earliest convenience to guarantee your accommodation and food are booked.

Please complete this form by 5th March 2023, as we have to give final numbers to suppliers and we may not be able to accommodate any extra spaces after this time.

- Free accommodation is available from Monday 27th – Thursday 30th.
- Please let us know what dates you will be arriving and departing so we can allocate a room for your stay.
- If you are wanting to share a room, please let us know in the comment box at the end (twin or double), otherwise a single room will be allocated.
- All meals are included. On 2 evenings we have a choice from a set menu. Please choose your options in advance and let us know any dietary needs.
